Benötigtes Material:
200 mm T - Eisen max. 15 mm breit
120 mm Vierkantrohr 25 x 2 mm
4 Muttern M12

Materials needed:
200 mm D - iron max. 15 mm wide,
120 mm square pipe 25 x 2 mm
4 nuts M12
pipe inner Ø 13 mm 25 mm long for tin in the square tube
pipe inner Ø 59 mm x 3 mm x 30 mm (I shared an old cast iron sleeve for 2 "gas pipe)
1 diam 65 mm x 4 mm for the tube, the center hole up welded-nut M12
1 U - disc Ø 17 mm outside, 50 mm x 3 - 4 mm
1 U - disc Ø 17 mm, outside 55 mm x 3 - 4 mm
1 U - disc innerØ 36 mm for drawing, alternatively the 2nd half of the tube 59 inside x 3 mm process
then normal U - washers for M12, 1 thrust bearing or brass ring as bearings in a - and taking off
one screw M12, 8.8, not stainless steel, 270 mm long, otherwise survived the no 2 Storage
An extractor weld together the sketch.
On the spindle 20 mm from one end of an M12 nut weld them from behind and grind on the inside dimensions of tons of storage, about 15 mm diameter
First back door, floor strip out, front seat and carpet high (imIxel at the seat) for the pin. Then loosen wheel and jack fix, if you have no platform. Wheel off, open the 2 allen screws on the sill plate from the counter, which can stop because usually fixed.
Best treat the screws beforehand with rust remover. Then remove the nut from the barrel roller bearings, SW22. When ABS, then the cable supplied with freedom, solve ESD clamps to the rear so that it can hang down (starting Touring M40, the M20 is determined similarly). Now option 1, the Innenalukörper has the rubber already solved:
press with wood and a pry the axle on tons bearing down until the U - disk Ø 50 mm with M12 nut can be attached on top of the rubber, mother upstairs. The spindle with the federal government tighten up, the federal government is intended as a rotation stop against too deep screwing. Start from the bottom of the extractor through the holes on the shoulder of the barrel roller bearings, then U - Washers, thrust bearing, I had a brass ring, and nut on it. With a heat gun / hair dryer to heat up the bearing 80 ° (600 ° C - 2 so hairdryer min lt BMW). Now the rubber kannste pull out the spindle.
Remains inside the aluminum part of the camp depends on the M14 bolt, bingo, there. Isser laid up in the floor like mine Then gently from the bottom with a soft spike, or the mother on the retaining bolt M14 turned up, hit the pin up, which comes out from under the carpet, so we open the back door (before times the cost of the bolt head in the box above under the seat , measure 29 mm were as well, so you can tell at the onset, if he again seated properly). Carefully loosen with a hammer and remove the aluminum part, the U - disk that's on it will need, again, to clean up and deal with perhaps the same.
Variant 2, aluminum body is still stuck in the rubber:
hammer out After dismounting from the opposite plate of the bolt and loosen the nut it upwards. Down into the aluminum body a suitable mandrel clean and treat the bearing loose bounce in the floor pan, but support the axle before, the only way in 3 cm air because otherwise pretty tough coming down.
Underground - disc remains mostly depend on the aluminum, thus only start times and as long as the puller, pull off to the wheel is loose, remove it and then start the normal puller for pulling. Next steps see Variant 1
Now for drawing:
here need the spindle, the U - disk Ø 55 mm, the U - disk inner Ø 36 mm and the pipe with round plate and thread. The pipe at the top of the eye of the camp lay, which is the counterpart to retract that need 30 mm in height, since the inner aluminum part so 25 mm above stands out. Screw the bottom of the stem with collar up, the federal government must go through tons of bearing inner part, check beforehand!! The spherical roller bearings
with Silikongleitfett reap, look for the right approach, as the Old, sat with me in the eye indentations were the axis and a groove in the rubber. Well below the U - disk innerØ 36 mm (which pushes the steel cage by tons of storage), the U - disk Ø 55 mm on it, thrust bearing and nut and
pure pull that part. When mine finished, then all things and with a jack (on freedom of assembly for the counter plate sure else have this shit, again start again) the axle high drone again, but watch out that the rubber bearing not come out again when you press against the body, and with a suitable bolt above the snug fit on the stock floor pan anfädeln well. I mentioned the fit nor rubbed with copper paste damits not bums so quickly. Now thread the bolt from above again, a little twist to set the gearing right and again turn to control the measured distance from the cost, then nut on it (tightening force 140 Nm), the allen bolts in, tighten, ESD solid again, line by ABS solid again, and ran forward wheel.
1 storage must calculate like 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on skill and schrauberischem problems, the 2nd is better
